REFUND POLICY

SAVER ROUTES will accept returns within 15 days after purchase. This applies to only few products, with exceptions, such as the following:

  • Products must not be used and returned within 15 days with receipt to the respective seller.

SAVER ROUTES has a strict non-refundable policy once the service is purchased. Incase, your payment has bounced we would request you to check with your issuing bank.

The Saver Routes does not require a receipt to facilitate your returns, except for the exceptions mentioned above. Any items may be exchanged. For purchases under $25, you may choose to receive a cash refund instead. For purchases over $25, you may choose a store shopping card for the amount of the purchase.

In case, If you want to receive a refund, you will need to provide us your with your account details, order number and descriptive seller information and a written complaint in name of seller/renter, for your funds to be refunded back into your account, usually within 24-48 hours.

Being in business for quite some time and realizing the phenomenal success we have had with our customers, we realize that our gamut of products and services are authentic for any individual based on the need. We are, however, confident in our listed products, that we are able to offer a 15-day, money-back guarantee based on the products listed by the registered sellers.

  • Guarantee is for Saver Routes Mentioned Products only based on sellers mentioned guarantee.

  • Customer must contact Saver Routes Ltd. Customer Support within 15 calendar days from the purchase date in order to obtain a return authorization number and Seller’s contact information. Packages marked “return to sender” or that do not have an RMA number written on the outside will be returned.

  • Customer must send back product, subject to a disposal/restocking fee. The refund will not be issued until we have received the return from the seller end.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs for products that were provided by Saver Routes

  • If any sold product elements or spare parts are open or missing, it will be subject to a 25% disposal/restocking fee.

  • Customer must have contacted our support team prior to return for an RMA number mentioning his/her entire issue in brief or any seller related disputes.
